Ezio’s last Irish tour in 2006 left audiences buzzing – the hugely popular Cambridge based acoustic duo attract a fanatical and dedicated following with audiences singing along to almost every word. With such powerful material, unbelievable musicianship and all round good humour Ezio are a fantastic live experience. Constant touring sees the duo play over 200 gigs a year worldwide selling out UK venues like London’s Shepherds Bush Empire and attract arena size audiences on mainland Europe. Having released 5 albums to date the Ezio sound combines Crowded House/Van Morrison-esque melodies and memorable hooks with Jeff Buckley like lyrical intensity, however the astonishing guitar playing that underpins Ezio’s music sets them apart from their peers. The songs are delivered with a power and ferocity that you don’t normally associate with acoustic guitars. The Irish dates are part of a 30 date European tour to support the release of their 6th Studio Album 'Ten Thousand Bars' Ezio play The Roundy on Thurs Oct 9th, support from Glasgow's Chomsky Allstars
