Transmission Club is a solo project by local singer songwriter, Michael Prendiville. Transmission Club recordings fuse numerous genres such as country and trip hop in a lo fi setting. Influences include Ryan Adams, Sparklehorse and Elliott Smith. Check him out at this intimate show with Tansy Greenlee, who began her songwriting career in early 2012. Drawing inspiration from the likes of Regina Spektor, Yann Tiersen and Tom Waits, she seduces the morose and melancholy, with haunting lyrics and playful melodies.
