An accomplished and experienced guitarist who has been compared to Tommy Emannuel and Bert Jansch, Chris' style has evolved from a hard rock past in Manchester, through alt rock and ambient country in Sheffield and on into African rhythms learned here in cork. His time with Niwel Tsumbu in the seminal world music band Sumu left him with a sense of rhythm that even now he doesn't completely understand, but that he will share with us in this gig presented in association with the Cork Music Collective.
